What is Gasa U?

Gasa U is an immersive learning collaboration between Gasa Gasa and Loyola University New Orleans, giving students direct, real-world experience running a live music venue. Through a partnership with Wolf Moon Entertainment, students in the “Live Music Venue Operations” course don’t just observe — they actively participate in every part of the process, from production and logistics to artist support and event execution.

Each week, Gasa Gasa becomes their classroom — a working venue where students learn by doing. It’s an innovative way to build skills, confidence, and community — all while supporting the next generation of music industry professionals in the city that does it best.
